Undertaking the full M&E Design and Build package for two buildings on the same site in Harrow.
Block A Harrow Churches which was Assisted Living accommodation consisting of 56no. 1Bedroom Flats & 2no. 2 Bedroom Flats over 4 floors with common areas including laundry, office and common rooms etc. Also Block B Octavia House which was Shared Ownership properties of 10no. 1 Bedroom Flats & 10no. 2 Bedroom Flats over 5 floors. Wadys provided a full turnkey solution carrying out the complete M&E Building services installation including power & lighting, assisted by supply chain specialists for fire, intruder alarm, CCTV, door access and many more including one of our mechanical partners who completed the HVAC, sprinkler system, domestic hot water and drainage systems.
