On Sunday the Wadys crew took part in the raft race at Bedford River festival organised by our very own Doug Wady and the Bedford Rotary, 12 rafts took to the river Great Ouse (at least one didn’t make the start line….).

We raced well in our first heat taking 4^th and securing a place in the final, where we also came a respectable 4^th.

We may not have taken the trophy this time BUT we did get the front page of the Times&Citizen.
