Contracted by Saunders Brothers (Bucks) Ltd and in association with Alexander Sedgley Architects, Wadys completed an extension and refurbishment of Byron House, a 28 bedroom care home located in Aylesbury. Wadys were tasked with the electrical design and installation of the various systems/installations including; Distribution systems, Lighting/emergency lighting installation, Power installation, Fire alarm system, Video door entry/access control system, CCTV system, Nurse call system, Data infrastructure, and Terrestrial TV and Satellite system.
The care home development for Westgate Healthcare was nominated for a 2014 design award by Aylesbury Vale District Council.
