This is student accommodation at Oaklands College it included three wings to accommodate approximately 80no. student rooms, Student social hub and main entrance space central to the scheme, Warder’s accommodation, and Disabled accessible rooms.

Wadys undertook the full M&E Design and Build package for main contractor Willmott Dixon. We completed the M&E Building services installation including power & lighting, assisted by supply chain specialists for fire, intruder alarm, CCTV etc. and one of our mechanical partners who completed the District Heating System consisting of 5no external Air Source Heat Pumps and individual Heat Interface Units to the student rooms, Underfloor Heating, BMS, domestic hot & cold water and drainage systems.
