This brand-new modern facility features many high-spec classrooms, a large hall, a well-stocked library, specialist rooms, a commercial kitchen, outdoor play areas and extensive sports fields for 840 pupils.
Wadys undertook the full M&E Design and Build package for main contractor Willmott Dixon. We completed the M&E Building services installation including distribution, power & lighting and EV Chargers assisted by supply chain specialists for fire & refuge alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, door access, photovoltaics & data, lightning protection and one of our mechanical partners who completed the HVAC, BMS, domestic hot & cold water and drainage systems and much more.
