Well, I did it. 

I’m back from this years Extra-mile challenge after 3 days of peddling up as many hills, I had great fun with friends. 

I can’t say it wasn’t painful but all for a good cause. This year, I am raising money for Bedford Open Doors, a fantastic charity that supports young people who are in desperate need of mental health support through counselling.
