This was the Phase 3 of the works on the Cauldwell Centre for Wadys. There were an additional 34 rooms include 27 purpose-designed Outpatients rooms, 3 treatment rooms for minor procedures and 4 e-consultation rooms, all designed to the Trust’s standard requirements and are suitable for use by a wide range of clinics.
Wadys undertook the full M&E Design and Build package for main contractor RG Carter. We completed the M&E Building services installation including power & lighting, assisted by supply chain specialists for fire, intruder alarm, CCTV, Panic Alarms, Data etc. and one of our mechanical partners who completed the HVAC, BMS, domestic hot & cold water and drainage systems.
