Work Included

This was the development of a new doctor’s surgery with a waiting area and 19no. new clinical rooms comprising a mix of consulting and treatment. It also offers lettable office space on the first floor and dedicated training areas alongside an external car park. This also incorporated a retail unit to facilitate a future on-site pharmacy for the local community to make use of.

Wadys undertook the Electrical Design and Build package liaising closely with the nominated Mechanical contractor. Wadys completed the Electrical Building services installation including power & lighting, assisted by supply chain specialists for fire, intruder alarm, CCTV, Panic Alarms and Data installation.
