The refurbishment of a Grade 2* listed manor house to bring it back into habitable condition and restore it to the status of a beautiful building of historic and architectural interest. The property is owned by a high-status client whose family have owned it for over 200 years.
Wadys completed the M&E Building services installation including power & lighting, assisted by supply chain specialists for fire, intruder alarm, CCTV, data and TV systems. One of our mechanical partners completed the domestic hot & cold water, drainage, ventilation and heating systems.
