Work Included
The Barker Building is a beautifully restored shoe factory now comprising of 54 apartments with a mixture of studio, 1 & 2 bed homes. Brook House is a new build unit with 14 apartments also with studio, 1 & 2 bed homes.
Our works included all 59 apartments, landlords and car park areas. We installed all the following systems: LV infrastructure, General Power, Lighting, External Lighting, Heating, Ventilation, Fire Alarm & AOV, Telephone & Data Systems, IRS System, Door Access, Lightning Protection, Solar.
It has been great to be a part of this project with a fantastic team of trades on site.
