The Hawthorns is a new community of dwellings consisting of 87 Houses and 71 Flats over 5 no. Blocks. There were 158 units in total of which 95 units for open sale and 63 affordable units; of which 63 units are for rent and 19 are for shared ownership by a social landlord.
Our works included the design, general electrical installations, street lighting, fire alarm, electric vehicle charging, door access and CCTV systems.
