16no. apartments over two blocks providing a contemporary collection of one & two bedroom duplex apartments with under croft parking, cycle store and communal gardens. Developed by Madingley Developments and constructed by Dean & Dean.
Wadys provided a full turnkey solution carrying out the complete M&E Building services installation including power & lighting, assisted by supply chain specialists for fire, intruder alarm, CCTV, door access and much more including one of our mechanical partners who completed the ASHP’s, HVAC, domestic hot water and drainage systems.
