Our client Willmott Dixon has finalised a £36m deal to restore the historic 1930s Grade II listed Seymour Centre in Marylebone, central London and Wadys have secured the M&E package for this restoration project. The plans will provide new and enhanced facilities including an new open plan gym, fitness suites, refurbished swimming pool, changing areas & treatment rooms, contemporary library over two floors, café, children’s soft play area and improved climbing wall whilst maintaining the building’s art deco features.
